We loved the space. It is small, but really quaint and well-maintained! Good location! Great breakfast!

Had a very poor experience here. Originally booked a 3 person room for 3 nights. On the day of check-in, I was called and told that there had been an error, and the room had to be changed. We were agreeable, and switched to 2 separate rooms for the first 2 night, and back to a 3 person on the 3rd night. This is where the nightmare began.
The double room they gave us was the handicapped room, which was beside the check in desk and was incredibly loud at all hours. The door didn’t lock, the shower had no walls, there was no tv remote, and the AC didn’t work (despite it being a heat wave and we paid for AC). The other single room they gave us was good, but all the way across the hotel from the other room. On the 3rd night, we finally got our 3 person room, but once again the AC didn’t work. The front desk staff checked it and told me they adjusted it, but it still did not work.
Because of the error, and less than ideal accommodation, I asked the staff if it was possible to compensate our group with free breakfast. They gave us 1 day, but absolutely refused to allow us access for day 2 & 3, because it was a “paid amenity” even though I had already paid for many amenities that we never got to use. Upon asking for the reason why we were unable to get our original 3 person room booking, the staff were unable to provide an answer.

Nice little hotel well located in the Batignolles neighborhood. Nice and helpful staff. Room was small but clean and convenient.

The room was decent, not particularly big but in very good condition with effective air conditioning and a Netflix-capable TV. Less positive: tiny bathroom, no tea and coffee making equipment, nor hand soap, iron or anything complementary e.g. water.
The reception and breakfast area is in great condition and full of antique tables and chairs, with a sweet cat which snoozed amongst the guests. The supplementary breakfast selection was quite limited and guarded with zeal by the staff.
I got the impression they may have been short staffed as check-in was delayed and housekeeping a bit late, though the staff all seemed nice.
The location was good - traditional architecture and good restaurants nearby, albeit primarily residential. I walked to montemarte in 20-30 mins but for other attractions I used the metro.
Overall I had a good stay and would come back, though I wouldn't pay for breakfast again.

Nice clean room with much-appreciated air con. Large comfy bed. Great Telly and wifi.
Small but clean bathroom with good hot water pressure, ample towels and shower products.
Hot drinks available in lobby but not in room.
Good receptionist. Would definitely stay again.
