Wonderful hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and tidy. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Disastrous hotel during a heatwave

Well, where to start?
Avoid at all costs! They don't take care of their guests!!
When we arrived on site, the room wasn't ready until 3 p.m. Just that.
Then, NO MINI-BAR during a HEATWAVE, and only ONE POINT, located on the ground floor in the other building of course. :)
Oh yes, you should know that there are two buildings and that, every morning at 9 a.m., you have to cross the street to go have breakfast in the other building... Bad surprise.
Another point: an extremely small and, above all, extremely slow elevator. Besides, it stops at the 4th floor. If you are on the 5th, it's simple: you have to walk up with your suitcases and all that, into the attic.
During a heatwave, I only asked for one thing: air conditioning. What do you think? BROKEN!!! IN THE MIDDLE OF A HEATWAVE!!??
I called them, but they didn't even try to understand. It wasn't their concern.
They were nice and cool at the front desk, in the other building.
Add to that a tiny room, barely bigger than a storage closet.
I strongly advise against this hotel. For this price, there is much better elsewhere.
In conclusion, you see Ibis? You are better received there than here and you cut your price in half; when I pay, I expect to be treated that way. However, it was far from that.

Everyone was so friendly and great location near Montmarte and short bike ride to central Paris. A/C was a SAVIOR in the heat wave

A larger room than some budget choices

This is a basic, but modern and comfortable hotel a few blocks from Place d'Clichy, a lively area with two Metro lines and bus connections. Our "Superior" room was compact but not uncomfortably small (bigger than other Paris hotel rooms in which we have stayed). There was no closet, but a shelving unit with hangers. The bath fixtures were modern and the shower even had a door! The staff were friendly and English-speaking. There was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, but there was a Nespresso machine in the lobby. (The hotel has two buildings and only the main one has coffee, I think.) A good budget choice.
