The hotel’s air conditioning system was replaced in 2025 and is therefore brand new; we’re glad the air conditioning is working perfectly, as we’re going to need it in the coming days with the extreme heat.

Lovely hotel in great location
I booked a superior room for a little more space as know rooms can be tiny in Paris,the space was as it said which was fine but the big downside was the toilet was separate from the bathroom in a cupboard!! So beware if thinking of booking one of these rooms, the bathroom was spacious but obviously due to the nature of the building they
had to put the toilet in the cupboard!!
I wouldn’t have booked this room if they had made that clear, it wouldn’t be great if you had a new love and was hoping for a romantic week in Paris! Hope u know what I mean?!
On saying all that the room was very quiet so I slept well and the bed was comfortable.
Would definitely book this hotel again but a different room.

Regarding the room, it was not a Superior room but a Deluxe room, which is more spacious at 16 square meters instead of the 13 square meters of a Superior room.
In the Deluxe category, the toilet is indeed separate from the bathroom.
When you return, we recommend booking a Suite, which offers 24 square meters of space with a bathroom where the toilet is located inside the bathroom but separated by a door.

Remarkable location for a pedestrian in Paris

The air conditioning system was recently upgraded, and thank you for noting that as well.
Regarding breakfast, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations.
Coffee remains a challenge because, depending on where it’s grown, people don’t drink it the same way. As a result, we serve what’s known as “American” coffee, which is lighter than the coffee often consumed in Europe.
Breakfast items are never from the day before, except for delivered items such as smoked salmon, yogurt, etc.
Everything else is fresh, so we’re wondering where the issue you mentioned might lie.
