It was very good. Thank you very much to the staff and especially to Valeria, who spoke Russian and helped solve all the problems we had and gave advice for our journey! Good luck to Valeria and everyone!

Lovely stay

We stayed here for one night as we were going to the Hippodrome Auteuil to watch the horse racing, which was only about 15 minutes away. We booked a deluxe room. We arrived very early and the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us whilst we went to the racing. The room was lovely and spacious and even had a small balcony which we weren't expecting. The bed was very comfy and the shower great. We had a variety of pastries for breakfast which were very tasty. We didn't need to check out until 12pm which meant we could have a lazy morning. All of the staff we spoke to were really helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. We thought the room rate was really reasonable for a hotel that was just 10-15 mins away from sites such as the Arc de Triomphe.

Really disappointing

Room number 20, Suite category, with the impression that the elevator arrives directly in the room because it is so noisy; impossible to connect to the Wi-Fi while there were no issues elsewhere; bathtub not cleaned from one day to the next; persistent smells of breakfast cooking

Obstructed stay

Annoyed by reception behaviour due to non-functional credit card Forbidden cash in card to pay the guarantee of 150 euros no room. It took a third person by phone to come on site otherwise go spend the night outside when the stay is already paid. Bitter experience.
Manal the receptionist was very kind and empathetic. Great respect for this lady who always tries to be attentive and helpful.breakfast not bad except vegetables that are sorely lacking. Rooms are average

The staff were wonderful, the hotel was very clean and pretty. The only issue we had was that the tap water in the vanity of the bathroom was freezing cold. The shower was fine however.
