Great hotel, especially with young kids. The front lobby had many activities for entertainment. The elevators were fast. The room was clean and air conditioned. The kids had fun getting into the bunk bed. There was a pool at the 7th floor which was perfect for the summer heat. We did not have breakfast as we chose to walk around and find nearby cafés. Would stay here again. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The nearest busstop however is 10-12 minutes away.

It wouldn't take much….

Nothing to write home about. The location is logistically convenient, the rooms clean and the service decent. The biggest problem was the unbearable smell of sewage in the hotel entrance. An indecent thing.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights as a family. Our top priorities were a quiet stay, a good night’s sleep, and a cool room, and all of these were perfectly met. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
Breakfast was excellent on two of the mornings. However, on Sunday, even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 11:00, the food started to be cleared away about 30 minutes early, and some dishes were not replenished during the last hour. If this had been our first breakfast, it might have left us disappointed. However, as our first two breakfasts had been absolutely wonderful, it did not bother us in the end.
The breakfast was especially lovely, with freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly made pancakes that you could warm up yourself. Everything was fresh, warm, and delicious.
The room itself could use some renovation, and some details did not look particularly well finished, such as the toilet paper holder hanging loose from the wall.
Overall, though, the hotel met our expectations, and we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

On arrival good service at reception, we had a room for 3 adults with a courtyard which was excellent, very clean, large room and the courtyard was a great size and welcomed addition to our stay. The room was fully air conditioned and comfortable. We were close to the pool which was a good size for a city pool, some sunbeds would be a welcomed addition but thats a personal preference, the pool was a nice area. From a location perspective the metro is 5 minute walk away & then about 6 stops from the Eifel tower so good location outside of main locations. Local Restaurants close by. We didn't eat at the hotel so cant review on the food. We were very happy with our hotel choice, in a nice area for visiting Paris.

No, no, and no!

No, no, and no.
While I have frequented this hotel very, very regularly for years, with impeccable service quality, I have just had a pathetic experience with no reaction from this establishment:
- dilapidated room with indelible stains on the shower tray, a more than damaged closet
- shower gel and shampoo for several days
- inconsistent room service without replacing all the amenities (tea, etc.)
- faulty television remote control (several buttons inoperative)
- TV signal quality not allowing to watch France TV (no streaming option at all...)
- television wires hanging under the device
- digital invoice not received although requested
- no greeting at check-out (just ignored)
- after online request, invoice received but with breakfast wrongly charged (not booked, not consumed)
- pool closed without further explanation
- no upgrade effort even though my loyalty status provides for it
- no response to my complaints
This hotel was very pleasant and my preferred choice during my regular visits to this neighborhood. I am truly sorry to have to find an alternative for my future stays.
