4th floor was unbelievable. So clean, smelled amazing from the second you stepped out the elevator. Ground floor however for our second room was completely different and I would not recommend

Big disappointment.
We are regular customers and we hesitated for a long time before sharing our disappointment with you. Not because of the service, but because of the lack of commercial spirit during the mishap that happened to us following the cancellation of our train (for which we were in no way responsible and which we learned about on the 23rd) and the lack of listening on your part to postpone our stay from 06/28 to 06/29 by one day or to obtain a refund, even though we had booked and paid on 3/8 (210.06€, a supposedly more advantageous price but non-refundable, according to your receptionist, even though she offered us to pay about 189€ again..., quite contradictory remarks). We received no proposal or start of a solution. The only answer given was: " “We have instructions.” Under these conditions, I think we will never set foot in one of your hotels again, and you can count on us to give you (bad) publicity unless you make a commercial gesture...

Votre expérience est importante pour nous et nous prenons en compte vos remarques concernant l'absence de solutions proposées. Cependant, les conditions d'annulation sont claires dans tous les sites de réservation, et tant le "meilleur tarif" comme le "meilleur tarif anticipé" sont des tarifs non modifiables et non remboursables. En conséquence, il n'est pas possible de modifier les dates de la réservation ou de rembourser le montant de la nuit que n'a pas été utilisé. En tout cas, nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas reçu l'accompagnement attendu. Votre satisfaction est notre priorité et nous espérons avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.

Beautiful location and a very pleasant hotel at which to stay . I always stay there when travelling to Paris

Got a room without working AC, had to change after two days AC worked but the toilet was so small that you could not sit straight with your legs but sat crookedly on the toilet minimal shower area, old carpets where it was not cleaned properly….bad to hang clothes when there was a lack of a rod for the closet….no vegetables for breakfast, a kind of bread ran out…location good!

Shabby and in need of elementary maintenance
We have just spent four nights at the Timhotel, Montmatre.
The staff – especially the room cleaners and the kitchen staff – are friendly and doing a really good job.
However, the hotel appears shabby and in need of elementary maintenance:
The facade is dirty, wet and uninviting.
Roof gutters are stuffed with debry and water is not lead into the drain during rain. Instead it just spills over hitting the facade and sidewalk below.
A dead pigeon was laying on the sidewalk in front of the hotel during our entire stay. It looked more and more macabre for each day. I bet it is still there!
The fire alarm started early one morning at 7-7:15 pm sending everybody out of bed, into some basic clothes and down the stairs. There was no fire, no explanation was given.
The doors to the stairwell make a lot of noise when closing. I sleept less than 2 meters from the door on fifth floor and awakened from sleep in evenings and mornings. Why does the door pump close the doors with such loud noises when it can be done completely silent?
The shower grate was broken off and loose and need replacement. The cleaning staff kept putting it back thereby making showering dangerous and slippery.
