Beautiful calm and quiet place with hosts serving to your every needs
This was our last overstay place from our way back from Lucca to the Netherlands. Absolutely stunning place of beauty, restructured in style with very comfortable beds. The graceful hosts made dinner for us while I asked last minute, very grateful for that. Wonderful breakfast.
It's a B&B where the hosts are chatty and basically you are part of their home life.
I suffer from long covid and recently had radiation therapy. This means I can't deal with socializing much especially not at breakfast. I got overwhelmed with the lovely host sitting down with us at the breakfast table talking and asking who left his wonderful desert almost untouched. I had to explain I just had cancer therapy and couldn't eat it because of my mouth damage.
So I slept well, but left exhausted.
Yet, I give 5 stars. I have exceptional health issues which are not for any host to anticipate on and they did not know anyway.
The place is absolutely beautiful and the service exceptional. I am very sure that now they know, they will leave me alone at breakfast next time and there will be one hopefully.
