Good for one night in the area

Pros: friendly welcome and at your disposal for any information, nice pool with deckchairs and towels available, perfect breakfast with homemade products, double bed, good bedding, spacious room. On the other hand, a big negative: establishment located on the side of a busy road, you can not leave the windows open so much the noise of cars and trucks inconveniences, you have to turn up the sound of the television and when you are used to quiet nights, it is hell!!! Too bad.

Merci d'avoir fait étape dans ma maison d'hôtes. Malheureusement je ne suis pas responsable de la circulation dans la commune mais le bruit devrait diminuer car des travaux sont en cours aux extrémités du village avec des ralentisseurs

Poor

Catherine is strict, Cold Welcoming, Brief explanations. Cleanliness can do better. pool we could not. Breakfast 8am to 9:30am ok 8:30pm outside and hard breakfast not even Salty we asked and you want eggs with a face I didn't expect it at all I won't come back again she has to question herself if not change profession silk more kind

Je viens de voir votre avis mais je ne comprends tout ce que vous dites ni qui vous êtes. La seule Annick qui est venue en octobre m'a dit que ce n'était pas elle
La piscine est opérationnelle de mars à octobre et d'après mon planning vous êtes venue le 26 octobre, piscine opérationnelle mais fraiche
Une fois les clients installés, mes hôtes font comme chez eux et sortent et rentrent à 'heure qui leur plaise, alors 20h30 dehors ?? incompréhensible
Le petit-déjeuner est de type continental avec des produits bio (jus de fruits, laitages) et maison (yaourts, confitures). Il y a également des oeufs durs, croissants et plusieurs sortes de pain. Cela fait plus de 20 ans que j'ai créé ma maison d'hôtes et plusieurs clients habitués sont même devenus des amis. Alors je ne changerais certainement pas de métier car c'est ma passion

Large cozy room in charming country house with large pool

The country house is really nicely decorated. Our room "Moroc" with bathroom was very appealingly decorated, large and wonderfully quiet. The pool is really big, the whole ambience of the property invites you to relax. The common room is equipped with a large kitchen. There we could also buy pizza and drinks and prepare them ourselves, because there are neither restaurants nor shops in the village. The pool table also invites you to relax and play. Breakfast is typically French with no special choices (such as cheese, ham, etc.). The bicycles could be safely parked in a bicycle storage room.
The owner guided the property coolly distanced but friendly and explained everything in detail. The house is several kilometers far from the bike path EV6 and can only be reached via a busy and fast-traveled country road without a bike path. An alternate route leads over a higher hill and is covered with very coarse gravel, so avoiding this route is really not recommended.

excellent accommodation for 4 friendly cyclists

Very pleasant guest room, charming, charming hostess. Indoor swimming pool appreciated even though we had just cycled 60km.
A very useful plus: the kitchen available to guests, cooking with all the necessary equipment so that we used it all 3 evenings, no need to go to the restaurant.
Thank you Catherine and maybe see you another time

Perfect for stop over

Les Charmettes was perfect for 1 night stop over, after traveling with our kids. It is located close to auto route but far enough to not be influenced by it. The pool was fun and the family room spacious. Typically French breakfast.
