The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful clean room.
I was on a motorbike and not a safe area but it had wheel locks for them. Some hotels couldn't risk motorcycle parking because of them getting stolen .

Disappointing stay in Building B – avoid

My experience at the Brit Hotel La Neuvillette in Reims will remain memorable, but unfortunately in the wrong way. The hotel is spread over two separate sites, and my stay in Building B was a real disappointment.
From the corridor, the tone is set: it serves as a shoe cabinet for seasonal workers from Eastern Europe, with the smells of feet that go with it. The doors creak every time they open (a little WD40 would quickly fix the problem), and the room neighbors keep slamming the doors and talking loudly.
The room, meanwhile, is in average condition and could well use a serious refreshment. The bed’s disposable awnings come off as soon as you move, the bathroom’s VMC is loud, and it’s impossible to take a bath for lack of a cork — which may explain the presence of an old cloth left on the desk when we arrive.
Breakfast at 11 € has no point: from the very classic, nothing more. The icing on the cake this Sunday morning was that the fruit juice machine offered only apple juice (the only choice, as the machine was obviously broken down). To complete the picture, a handwritten rating posted at the Welcoming of the buffet, addressed to all visitors, is perplexing — I prefer to leave the photo in this notice for everyone to get their idea.
Overall rating: 2/5. A disappointing experience that I will not repeat.

Les travailleurs que vous mentionnez sont des clients comme les autres, des ouvriers qui méritent le même respect que tous nos visiteurs. Il n’est pas juste de classer les personnes selon leur origine ou leur métier. Après vérification, aucune paire de chaussures n’était présente dans les couloirs lors de votre séjour.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il s’agit d’un buffet en libre-service où l’ensemble des produits est régulièrement réapprovisionné. Le matin de votre passage, la machine à jus d’orange s’était simplement vidée en raison d’une forte affluence ; elle a été remise en service aussitôt. La note que vous évoquez est destinée uniquement à rappeler qu’il n’est pas possible d’emporter de la nourriture avec soi, comme cela est la règle dans tous les buffets.
Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, mais soyez assuré que nous faisons le maximum pour maintenir un service de qualité et un accueil respectueux pour chacun de nos clients.

The area didn’t feel particular safe. We were told there was a risk of the motorbikes being stolen unless we paid €15 each for use of the ground anchors. Also the rooms were in a different building to reception and felt more like a holding cell.
The staff were really nice though.

A bit upset really as I thought we was booking into a hotel but it was a building about 100 yds away called an annex they were like a prison c block h they were built for contractors working away from home no where to sit one chair between
2 of us the bed was uncomfortable it was a twin room single beds every time you moved you virtually fall out the bed mattress too soft food in restaurant was very good breakfast was very good also and the staff were very friendly and helpful thank you girls you were great other than that everything else was fine it was a stop over stay before travelling on to lake leon

Enjoyed our four day stay. Convenient location for our needs. Good parking with a space available every day. Ok rooms, good beds. We purchased breakfast one day but this was not great. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel so unable to comment. Overall good hotel for a short trip at reasonable price.
