Tour of France

We stayed 1 night in a spacious room with a comfortable bed, especially the pillows, which is rare in other hotels; the bathroom was all new with all the comforts like double shower heads. Friendly and nice staff.

Visited with teen grandson in August, temp in low 30’s very hot. Room temp is set at reception so requested that it be turned down to mid/low 20’s which was done but kept resetting to a higher temp!
Room was quite small and had two single beds even though I had booked two twins, queried at reception but was told that counts as a twin??
However, overall hotel was comfortable, welcoming and clean with very friendly personable staff. Would recommend despite my moans as very convenient with great transport links..

Rooms not checked, mediocre welcome

I was really disappointed with my stay at your place. The rooms had not been checked (no towels, no pillowcases, leftover paper and urine in the toilet bowl), the breakfast was standard, the welcome was brief. I had requested 2 rooms on a high floor and I got 2 rooms on the ground floor behind the luggage room, worn-out carpet and window with no light, overlooking a high hedge less than a meter away.
I had to call back upon my arrival to learn that the advertised parking was actually a public parking lot 7 minutes away on foot at my expense (€28 per night) and that the hotel was not accessible by car to be able to drop off my 87-year-old mother and spare her the walk from the parking lot.
This is obviously my first and last stay at a Campanile.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. We would stay here again.

Household to be improved

Great location. The rooms are spacious with very clean decoration. However, bedding hygiene is very limited! The mattress protector is dirty: presence of hair and hair as well as many stains.
A courtesy tray is available but the lid of the kettle is broken.
The bathroom is cramped and dirty. The hair dryer is dusty
Breakfast served in buffet style is correct.
