Good location and good pool

Very good location, relatively close to the highway.
The staff is very pleasant.
The camping pitches are very spacious and, in case you prefer another one after you have been assigned one, you can ask to change it at reception without any problem.
The facilities/bathrooms are fine. It is true that there are not many bathrooms, so you often have to wait, especially in the women's restroom.
There is a covered play area adjacent to the facilities and an outdoor playground/swing set.
There is a municipal swimming pool right next to the campsite that you can use twice a day for being a campsite guest.
It does not have a restaurant or a small shop, but the town is a 10-minute walk away, so it is not much of a problem.
Recommended for a couple of nights (in our case, 2 nights).

Disappointing for a 4 star rating

Camping rather 2 stars than 4 stars have a star, in the toilet blocks taking a hot shower under 35 degrees is not at all enjoyable, no air conditioning or TV in the mobile home for a 4 stars never seen, and the pool is not even part of the campsite my 2 days spoil, and dark location we had to light up from the phone.

Is known as a transit campsite, but also pleasant to stand longer. Cycling along the Saone, beautiful bike path.
Big pitches at the back of the campsite. Sanitary okay.
At the reception they are not always so friendly.

Not exceptional...

Nice campsite but no more. Point noir the municipal swimming pool which during our stay of 4 days was open 2h on Friday from noon to 2h for a weekend under 30 degrees.
The outdoor pools were on top of that empty so we were able to go only into the indoor pool.
No catering, or even a “bar” area for this refreshment, the air of games is tiny... not great after all.
The bungalow was however not bad but not at all soundproofed.

Great time at Campsite Champ d'été

We had a great time at Campsite Champ d'été! The welcome was warm, the pitches are spacious and well maintained. Sanitary facilities were always clean, and the activities offered delighted young and old. A real moment of relaxation in nature. We will be back with pleasure!
