Good place for a stopover

Always a good place to stop for a nights break en route to Munich. Comfortable rooms in a separate building from the bar and restaurant. Free parking on site and electric chargers. Good food and service in the restaurant, particularly the flammekuechen.
Wifi is not good but nor was any telephone network in the area

Visiting this place every year ,every time i found a great restaurant ,food is excellent,beer the same ,hotel in separate building ,new renovated and very quiet ,staff very friendly ,i will be back next year

Delightful French Lunch at Charming Restaurant

During my way to Holland, I stopped at this delightful restaurant over lunch. The place is full which isn't that uncommon in France and I got squeezed in. Ordered from a set lunch with a plate of assorted crudites, beautifully cooked fish in a sauce with veggies and potatoes together with a glass of dry Riesling. Ended up with a wonderful iced raspberry parfait and coffee. All served in a timely manner and very reasonable priced. Recommended

Exceeded all expectations!

This hotel was a short bike ride off the Rhine route but after a long day in the saddle we could not have asked for more! Super friendly staff, lovely modern room in separate building to the restaurant so very quiet, amazing rural views and the best food (evening and breakfast of our trip!). I can not recommend this place enough!

Typical strong regional food

There are great beer in France! You can find it in Roppenheim. So tasty.It was the biggest surprise. The food is regional, strong and big portions. I tried the menue with soup, main course and desert. Great and perfect but after dinner I had a walk because I was totally full.
