My room was life and clean with a bathroom that resembles an airplane. Staff was great and welcoming. My luggage was kept at property after checkout as I had to leave and visit Paris. Came back and everything was fine

Bitten by bedbugs, and ignored by Ibis

It is with an extremely conflicted heart to write this review. And I sincerely wish this will not happen to any other hotel guests.
We first arrive to this hotel on 17 July - all is good and the reception staff are polite, helpful and welcoming. We got our room rather quickly and the hotel is well decorated with BTS elements; something that I do acknowledge and appreciate the team for doing it to mark a memorable stay.
Sadly all goes downhill from there; from 17-19 July; both me and my roommate are badly bitten by bedbugs at Ibis.
The bites first appear on 18 July morning and quickly spread across our arms, legs, body and even face and neck. Huge, red and extremely itchy bites that has badly affected our stay in Ibis Parid Saint Denis Stade Sud and also our vacation in Europe.
Upon checking out, we feedback to the reception - a gentleman and he cited since it is a Sunday - there is no duty manager on site and directs us to an email and namecard- to Ms Marion Dumont.
The next day, I write an email to her on 20 July and till today - zero reply from Ibis management.
My dad called to Ibis (he’s French) the following week and a gentleman picked up the phone and addressed that they know about this email and have investigated the matterx
However until today: we have zero replies at all.Hence I am writing here to express my profound disappointment that my previous complaint has been ignored. The absence of any meaningful response has only added to the distress caused by what happened during my stay.
Since returning home to Asia, my condition has deteriorated significantly.
What initially appeared to be a temporary skin reaction has unfortunately developed into multiple permanent and unsightly scars across my skin. I am now consulting specialists and have been advised that I will likely require a series of aesthetic and scar-removal treatments over an extended period.
This incident has had a significant impact on my physical appearance, emotional well-being, and confidence. It has also caused considerable inconvenience, anxiety, and financial concern.
As an Accor Platinum member who has remained loyal to the Accor Group for many years, I am deeply disappointed by both the incident itself and the complete lack of response to my earlier complaint.
I expected far better customer care and professionalism from a brand that prides itself on looking after its loyal guests.
I sincerely hope that Accor will demonstrate its commitment to customer care by resolving this matter fairly, promptly, and professionally.
Attached are pictures of our bites and email which is ignored till today as of 30 July, 11 days since we checked out.

Not a great experience.

Checked in as part of a Joe Walsh pilgrimage tour. Room was two single beds pushed together. Room small and beds hard. What was the most annoying part as we were on half board and we had to head out to a restaurent which took us a half hour to walk to. We had already been walking lots already that day and we were tired. It seems the Hotel has no Chef and they have an arrangment with this restaurant ? If it was raining we would have been drenched. Everybody was complaining in our group about the length we had to walk to and from the restaurant. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Would not recommend.
