Weekend getaway for couples

We were looking for a family hotel to avoid large groups, and we stumbled upon Lou Garbin, a gem where we ultimately spent 2 nights (the tranquility, the hospitality, the pool, the restaurant...perfect) as it is very well located for visiting the Camargue, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Aigues-Mortes, and Le Grau-du-Roi. We followed all your advice to the letter, and we are delighted with our weekend in the Camargue, a total change of scenery.

Beautiful establishment

We had a pleasant stay at Lou Garbin, a charming, exotic establishment
and well maintained. The two swimming pools are a real asset: one was closed! , but the other, heated,
was very appreciated. On the other hand, maintenance could be significantly improved: many insects remained on the surface, which would have merited more regular suction.
The room was clean, but located on the ground floor, it lacked privacy. The window overlooked a passage leading to the parking lot, which limited the opening of shutters and windows for the opposite.
Other drawbacks: the toilet
placed right next to the bed, with a sliding door! which is uncomfortable and takes away all privacy! And the bad soundproofing of the room.
The breakfast is varied and offers quality products, including excellent
artisanal fougasse. However, the price of €16.50 seems very high, as part of the offer is based on
fairly basic industrial products (fruit juice , small butters, sliced brioche...), This creates a contrast . A little pity with the homemade, which is nevertheless very successful.
In summary, a very pleasant hotel, located in a very friendly village and where you can see the actors of the series "here it all begins" scenery with a beautiful exterior, private parking , and benefits from a really delicious bistronomic restaurant!

L excellence

I came in crying because of big problems at home, but thanks to Eric and his whole team I left with a smile ready to face the problems. Thanks also to his son Mathieu and so salaried who make excellent cuisine and superb cocktails. Not to mention Valerie who is a divine masseuse. In a word, stay on site because pool and everything to enjoy and relax by clearing your head.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

Very nice hotel where we are away, it is quiet, the staff is great
We enjoyed the bar and cocktails. The manager is very nice too. I highly recommend
