The Studio was clean air conditioning work was fantastic cool nice to stay in was enjoyable kitchen was clean and stable and staff for night the man was fantastic and good comication .

The room when arrive had dirty sheets and the duvet had holes in from the iron. When asking for the new sheets and covers from reception they could not have been more rude and basically was told to wait till the morning and sleep in the bed. Asked reception in the morning and they were telling me the rooms were cleaned every 7 days and I said this was my first day checking in so this was ridiculous and finally recieved sheets to be told the cleaner would not be putting these on. I asked for spare pillows as the ones in the room are completely misshaped and was told there was no spare pillows in a hotel with hundreds of rooms. We were given one toilet roll to last 5 nights stay here and when asking for more was told by reception that we were lucky they had ONE left spare for the whole building. Absolutely ridiculously awful hotel would not recommended to any person that wants a half decent stay. The cutlery in the hotel was either missing, dirty or damaged. Even the knives were essentially dangerous to use to cook with. Stay well away from this place!

I had a nice time staying at Residhome for Fally Ipupa's concert. The breakfast was not too bad just wished that it was more options but other than that it was ok. the only négative i will give is the check in process, the check in being at 3pm honestly i dont think its convient as some guests tend to arrive early in the morning which was my case the only thing i could do was store mon luggage which is okay. if they can look into providing different check in times one for the morning and afternoon. thankfully i was able to check in around 11am by an amazing lady at the front Desk( sorry i have forgotten her name :( ). i love how it was in close proximité to Stade de France making it easier for me to travel back and forth for the concert.

typical business hotel

Resihome Hotel is located in St Ouen in an essentially industrial area with factories, offices and residences. The metro station is about 1 km away. In the area there is some mini market for service.
The hotel has a small lobby and 2 elevators that take you from the 7th to the 10th floor.
The rooms are well, comfortable, with kitchen and napkins for customer service. It has a safe box and wardrobe. The shower is comfortable. Toiletries have no more than wet soap which is the same in the washer and in the shower. The front rooms have a balcony with table and chairs. This way well. What is not good at all is the breakfast which is lacking in variety and service. Besides a good variety of tea had poor food choices. The wifi was still powerful.
