It was a basic room for one night - safe, key and balcony. Not exactly no frills but standard.

Not a great hotel

I visited this hotel for just one night on a quick trip to the south. Here are the plusses:
1. People were nice, quite pleasant.
2. Location is great, right in the middle of a number of restaurants facing the port
3. Price was good.
Unfortunately the minuses were far more:
1. One, on in my case two, flights of hard stairs, which were sometimes inconsistent in height. No elevator. Luckily I had only a small case with me, it if i had any kind of luggage would have been horrible.
2. Reception was only open certain hours (closed from 2:30pm til 6pm). Made it very difficult to store luggage, check in before 6pm, etc.
3. Check out time was 10:30am. Abnormally early for any hotel.
4. Safe was too tiny to hold anything bigger than a mobile phone or passport. Certainly not a computer of any size.

Wow, I have never seen a room so small. The view was basically the air conditoners of the next room (not the nice view of the photos on the website). There were few power outlets, and none in convenient locations for charging devices. And the bathroom, just wow. The toilet was right up against the sink. And the shower was sooooo small you could not turn sidewise, and if you tried to move you would hit the handle of the shower faucet. I have never experienced anything like it. It was literally impossible to wash.
There were other little things (skimpy towels, wifi that didn’t work properly), but overall this was a total mess. I only upgraded it due to location and price. But I would have gladly paid double for someplace else if I had known how bad this would be. It does not deserve the ranking it has on Tripadvisor.

Very pleasant stay in Saint Raphael

A very nice and well maintained hotel...beautiful room a large bathroom and a very caring and professional young woman in the morning at breakfast and room management....bravo
Only flat not nice view but secondary

I had trouble finding the hotel as it is fronted by a restaurant of a different name. The initial receptionist was quite terse but did carry my suitcase to the room. The receptionist the next day and there on was lovely, smiley, helpful and kind. My room was clean and comfortable with good provisions. Value for money. Would stay again.

Pension very well placed

Pension very well placed, nice, near the sea, restaurants, close to all attractions, there is a lounge with books, board games, the room is nice, very good bedding, everything necessary, there is TV, the room is quiet
