Superb week
First time I came to the southwest to see my niece, and frankly, this club village is a change of scenery with this lake right next door.
-As for the room, I didn't have air conditioning, but they lent me a fan because with the heat we had, it was very pleasant for sleeping.
PS: just a small downside, the room was not very clean.
-As for the dining, nothing to complain about; whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it was very good and all-you-can-eat, so it was great. (thanks for the last coffee last night )
-As for outings, 1 or even 2 every day for those who wanted them.
-As for shows and evenings, superb performances with seriousness, smiles, humor, and a great atmosphere with the vacationers, both adults and children.
-As for the people, whether at the front desk, the bar, or the cafeteria, they were always kind, helpful, and smiling.
-And to finish, the activity leaders are always in good shape, in a good mood, and very professional, and I am delighted to have gone there because I made some very nice acquaintances.

Disappointing
We are very satisfied:
- with the staff, whether in entertainment, reception, or catering with varied meals. All very smiling and attentive to the vacationers.
- The air-conditioned accommodation was very appreciated, especially during this period of high heat.
- Complimentary paddleboard rental was very pleasant.
We are nevertheless very disappointed with the management by the Miléade group for this week:
- municipal pool closed despite the heat, this detail had not been sufficiently highlighted when we booked.
- Spa out of order,
- Parasol almost new but broken (evidently in several units), the makeshift repair was able to be done very quickly thanks to the staff present.
- The few vacationers on site this week.
- No fridge in the room, the front desk kindly offered to keep the ice pack in the front desk fridge and we were not offered accommodation with a fridge nor to rent one.

- We find it disrespectful on the part of the Miléade group to leave its center director with so few vacationers. There were 17 of us for 19 employees! This impacted our entire stay: the Friday mini-market was canceled so as not to make the vendors travel for so few people, and activities could not be carried out in good conditions; we were several times only 3 or 4 people (game night or gala evening for example).
It is clearly noted in Mileade's general terms and conditions that a stay may have to be canceled due to a lack of sufficient participants.
Why was this not the case here? Even if the whole team did their best to satisfy us, we were not able to find the atmosphere of a stay in a center as we were used to.
This was our first stay at Miléade and we are leaving very disappointed. Not sure about repeating the experience.
