Catastrophic

It's just not possible.
No water in the toilets because there is none left in the hotel's reservoir!
It's just disgusting. As if it were not possible to switch to the municipal water supply.
The staff is not concerned about the customers.
The employees alone damage the Ibis brand enough that I won't add more!

Avoid!

Very disappointing for an Ibis! On arrival in the room, we noticed a smell of tobacco and especially that the toilet had not been cleaned! Photo to support, I went down to the Welcoming. the receptionist offered to send someone to clean or change rooms without seeming surprised. I chose the second option. The 2nd bedroom was clean but the carpet had lots of stains... The next day, at the time of departure, I asked the receptionist then present if a commercial gesture was possible for the inconvenience, she told me that this was not possible because I had already paid. And for good reason since, upon our arrival, we demanded payment before handing over the key! I conclude that the Ibis can never make any commercial gesture! Besides, the staff does not have the level of friendliness of the other hotels in the group (not even a word when you come home in the evening...)
PS: I emailed the Claims Service over a week ago and received no response.

Poor

No air conditioning. It's 11:00. It's 26 degrees. Fly in the room I ask to change rooms I am told that the hotel is complete. I go to the all Accor app and rooms were well available. Finally I got a room but still without refrigerated air. I don't really recommend it.

On the evening of Wednesday, June 4, after paying for my room, I unfortunately forgot my wallet containing all my bank and identity cards on the reception desk. As I had just realized in my room, Kelly came to bring it back to me.
Charming person very kind and very friendly, otherwise. Another thousand thanks!
