unfriendly staff, entrance door that doesn't close, very noisy fan, no space in the parking lot: catastrophic and very expensive for what it is

Customer service is non-existent.

I had booked 4 nights at Azureva, but for personal reasons, I ultimately could not complete the stay. I informed the establishment in advance and requested a goodwill gesture, especially since I had already stayed with them the previous week and was considering other reservations this summer.
The response was simple: no flexibility, no consideration for the customer relationship, on the grounds that I had not purchased cancellation insurance.
I then requested a refund of the lodging tax. Unlike most establishments that only collect it on-site when the stay is actually completed, Azureva collects it at the time of booking. However, having never stayed on-site, this tax was obviously not due.
It took several emails, follow-ups, and more than three weeks of waiting between my initial request on May 12 and the confirmation of the refund on June 5 to achieve a favorable outcome. All this for a refund that, based on the internal exchanges communicated to me, should have been processed automatically.
For a group the size of Azureva, this is simply unacceptable. This experience has convinced me never to book with them again. Between questionable billing practices and a customer service unable to properly handle a legitimate request, I see no reason to give this brand a second chance.
I strongly advise against Azureva for anyone who values a minimum of service quality and customer consideration.

Pas parfait, tres bien positionné

Très bien positionné à hossegor, proche du lac, et proche des commerces, nous sommes passés par le service de resa client, rien à redire sur l’accueil( très bon départ), arrivée sur place, c’est pas la même, accueil à l’hôtel pour récupérer sa location, pas des plus accueillant…
État de la chambre presque bien, des petits détails qui font que cela n’est pas parfait, mais passons.
État des parties communes et des abords pas tip top, voir sale, un bon rafraîchissement de l’ensemble serait nécessaire.
Problème également de stationnement dans la résidence, peut être à signaler lors de la réservation pour ne pas avoir de surprise en arrivant, car l’hôtel n’apporte pas d’autre solution…
