Siamo felici di leggere che ha vissuto un’esperienza così positiva con noi e che ha apprezzato la nostra posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Strasburgo. È un piacere sapere che il comfort della sua camera, la qualità della colazione e soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità del nostro personale alla reception abbiano contribuito a rendere il suo soggiorno piacevole, nonostante la barriera linguistica.
La sua raccomandazione significa molto per noi e speriamo davvero di avere il piacere di accoglierla nuovamente in futuro.

Sentimenti contrastanti
Avevamo prenotato la camera standard e non sono sicuro di come fossero le altre camere in quella categoria, ma eravamo al livello 5, che è una rampa di scale su dall'ascensore. Una camera da letto mansardata anche se confortevole era un po 'imbarazzante per entrare nel letto su un lato con un tetto spiovente. Siamo in forma 70 anni quindi non importava le scale, ma se si dispone di un sacco di bagagli e non così in forma eviterei questo piano se si può.
Preferisco anche avere un bollitore in camera e non doverne chiedere uno.
La palestra era piccola ma adeguata.
Il personale era ragionevolmente cordiale.
Penso che se aveste una buona camera questo hotel sarebbe bello.

We are pleased to read that you enjoyed our location, within walking distance from the station and Strasbourg’s main attractions.
Regarding your room, we only have one standard room on the 5th floor. While many guests find this attic-style charming, we understand that the sloping ceiling can feel less practical depending on personal preferences.
As you stayed with us for three nights, it would have been very easy for us to offer you a different room and turn your “mixed feelings” into a truly enjoyable experience if we had been informed during your stay.
Please do not hesitate, during a future visit, to share this type of preference with our reception team, as we are always happy to accommodate such requests when possible.
For guests who wish, kettles are available upon request at reception, and our team is always happy to provide one.
We are glad that you found the gym adequate and we take note of your overall impressions. Our team remains constantly available on site to ensure our guests have the most comfortable stay possible.

Regarding sleep comfort, we regret that certain elements did not fully meet your expectations. Bedding firmness and pillow preferences can vary greatly from one guest to another. Additional pillows are indeed available in the wardrobe, and our reception team is always at your disposal to provide alternative options or additional bedding upon request.
Concerning the creaky floor, this is unfortunately a characteristic of certain buildings in historic city centres. While we ensure regular maintenance, some structural elements are inherent to the architecture and do not affect the safety or cleanliness of the room.
With respect to in-room amenities, coffee is provided as standard, while tea, water, and other items are available upon request at reception. We aim to offer a more personalized service rather than systematically placing unused items in rooms, and our team would have been happy to assist you at any time.
