You can find better.

Upon our arrival, the child's bed was not made and a bath towel was missing.
No one explained to us that the package on top of it contained the bedding.
Friendly staff, but it has been going downhill for a few months.

Incompetent and unashamed to leave people out

Not happy at all! My spouse and I arrive at midnight because the hotel told us that he had a room and could meet us by phone. We arrive from afar, happy because no hotel is available on a Friday night. Arrival there almost at 1am on foot , with a lot of luggage in hand, wet because it rained a lot that evening. Arrived there, already an eternity for us to give our room. But on top of that, when we arrive in the famous room, surprise we come across a person in full sleep! So we'll go back to the reception, the person confirms that he has a room available, that he's watching! And 20-30 minutes we learn that the hotel and complete! We paid, not even they tried to find a housing solution for us! Knowing we were in the middle of the night and no tarbs! We spent the night outside, with our bags, in the rain. And to date no refund two months after several reminders, by email, call etc....

Be careful when paying in advance

Hello,
We stayed at 24 people for two nights during March. We were asked to pay on arrival for a sum exceeding 600 euros when the transfer had already been made at the booking by our association. This is obviously not an isolated problem, since the same thing happened to another group that same weekend, and I noticed the same problem again in a comment here a few weeks ago. It is unacceptable to be aware of this type of problem (IT?) and still ask to pay a second time. We have provided proof of the transfer (in fact made well in advance of our weekend). A refund on a card via a TPE is done with a simple manipulation. However, the person who paid was refunded 19 days after payment. I don't even count the number of calls SURTAXES!! As for our stay itself, the price is still high compared to the service, the rooms are very basic and poorly insulated. Breakfast is not amazing, especially when you get bothered by a visibly alcoholic person (and used to the place, at least, we saw it all the time). Finally, on a lighter note, I have to mention the coffee machine that provides sweetened milk coffee when you ask for sugar-free dark coffee, and hot chocolate when you ask for milk coffee.

Have a good break

Well placed ideal for a night with a Buffalo nearby and in the morning a decent breakfast .One should not ask more widely enough for a road break in addition the welcome on arrival and departure are warm to remember.
