country stay

Very well received, with this intense heat, the pleasure of having a cool room without having to put up with the hum of an air conditioner, plus they are very large and you feel comfortable there. Very decent homemade meal and hearty breakfast and homemade jams too
It’s a rural setting that suited us perfectly.
We will return.

Bad experience.

Dilapidated castle.
Dirty rooms and uncomfortable beds.
Meals way too expensive.
A scam of old bourgeois probably running out of money.
I strongly advise against it.

Lovely welcoming chateau family owner and run

Beautiful grounds and elegant estate. We have stayed twice. The hostess serves a beautiful dinner on the lawn family style. The breakfast is served in the formal dining room. Homemade jams and bread, croissants. The pool is a welcome respite. Walking the grounds could take an hour there are so many interesting plants and flowers. They have family accommodations also. Privately owned it’s a lovely rural option outside of Toulouse.

Charming little chateau - a pleasure to visit

Some 20km north-west of Toulouse - and therefore ultra-conveniently located for the airport - this is a charming 19th-century chateau that offers a friendly and relaxing place to stay. Our well-furnished room was spacious, as was the ensuite bathroom, and there was even a small extra bedroom had we needed it. The couple who own the chateau made us feel very welcome.
Excellent dinner on the lawn outside - and afterwards, as it was getting dark, we went for a post-prandial stroll around the small lake in the grounds, and were accompanied by a pair of very amiable cats. Classic French breakfast the next morning - coffee, croissants, hot chocolate - plus some delicious home-made fig jam from fruit trees in the garden.
The price for all this was very reasonable. We'll be back!

Nice Chateau, Diasppointing Service

Nice chateau, at a good price.
However, although all payment was demanded in advance, the host visibly had forgotten about us and put us in a room just below the roof without no windows and bathroom in the common corridor... not very much the chateau we imagined.
We did get another room the next day but I expected a gesture from the manager. We didn't get anything back and he did insist for us the pay the breakfast before leaving.
