Room comfortable & clean, but designed faults in that very limited area by the bed for a glass of water, book & phone, also in bathroom limited space for toilettes, hair brush etc,

The perfect place to stay to experience the beauty and history of Toulouse. The staff welcomed us warmly and helped us with the itinerary for our stay so that we didn't miss any of the highlights. The hotel lobby was cool and comfortable despite the heatwave and was a nice place for an evening coffee or cocktail before dinner in one of the many nearby restaurants.

Perfect Toulouse get-away

We had a wonderful time at the Grand Balcon, the rooms are well appointed, L’occitane toiletries, coffee maker, all super clean and best of all, a good working airconditioning and a comfortable bed with quality linens.
Parking near by the hotel and great location for discovering Toulouse. We will be back , we loved the hotel!
