Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, lovely staff. I would update the info on the booking website though, as it no longer has a gym or spa, while it is still listed to have these services.

Great to find a hotel in Toulouse where the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. I arrived early and was welcomed with a complimentary breakfast, access to rest rooms, and a pledge that they would text me as soon as my room was available. What a contrast to the unhelpful arrogance I faced at the other boutique hotel I stayed at in Toulouse last week.
The location is hard to beat, with easy access to a number of great places to eat, as well as sights and shops.
The room was not as large or bright as the other boutique I stayed at, but I would rebook here in a nanosecond compared with the other place

Great location within the perimeter of downtown Toulouse. So walkable and convenient. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was great too.

The hotel was very convenient--close to the Metro, restaurants, and the river. The room was small, but comfortable, and quiet despite the busy area. Daily housecleaning was a bit hit-or-miss in terms of replacing used items. Only shower gel provided, so bring your own shampoo, facial/hand soap, and face cloths. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly!

Our first time in Toulouse and our stay at this property was great. Excellent location and the room was small but functional. Front staff was amazing - special credit to Shadie who went above and beyond. Housekeeping could have topped off some room amenities but small issue - overall enjoyed and recommend.
