Unforeseen step

Unforeseen overnight stay due to car breakdown. This hotel offers the old-fashioned charm of another time. The decoration is atypical but the establishment is equipped with wifi,.... The staff, in fact the whole family, are dedicated, kind, very attentive. The restaurant offers simple but tasty dishes. Breakfast is excellent and hearty. From now on, Le Sauvage will be our focal point in the region.

An old-fashioned hotel like you won't see any more soon!

Are you getting tired of these hotels where all the rooms look the same and you regret not finding an establishment that has retained its charm and originality? That's where you have to stop!
Of course, not everything is new but that is what makes it charming.
However, the room is large and, courtyard side, perfectly quiet, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom functional.
You will also dine on homemade cuisine with local products with of course a local wine, in a room with decoration, a little overloaded but not lacking in interest if you pay attention.
Welcoming is pleasant and family friendly. You feel at home quickly, provided you've been there before. And the rates are quite reasonable.
Try it and you'll be looking forward to it again!

Fits well for an overnight stay in transit

An old hotel with good value for money.
Clean, good mattresses, solid basic breakfast, there are also quiet rooms, parking situation could be better. You can also enter the underground car park next door. Great location and nice service.

Bad stay not to return.

Hotel to recommend absolutely not.Old room, earthenware tiles in the room with multiple chips. Bathroom style 60s. Dinner on the terrace mandatory, when it was 30 degrees and flies (flies to m....e!) flying around my plate of gizzards. Eat if you still have appetite. No air conditioning, open windows full of midges that disturb your sleep and the sound of the train ringing every time. Home catering service very cold or even more. To escape absolutely, hotel from another time, shabby condition.

For business and in all circumstances.

Contrary to what one might think. An extraordinary family atmosphere. An extraordinary skill lost for decades, unfortunately. Even on a short stay, I highly recommend. A more than peaceful night despite the abbey nearby which offers a remarkable vision at night. Thank you
