Nice quiet place
A nice pretty town on the Saône beautiful campsite with friendly staff spacious pitches with clean sanitary facilities. One place to cycle around quietly in the area

Great pitches, facilities not so great
We were able to choose a spacious pitch and this was pleasing. Not so great were filthy and inadequate sanitary facilities- water was never hot, floors unclean and I think there were only 2 male WCs available in the whole camp.
We also bought WiFi that was weak from our spot and the staff misdirected us to the lake meaning we cycled twice the distance we needed to. If you want the lake turn right onto the bridal path and then go right off of the path when you see the first bridge - it is over the bridge on your right - there his site is a must if you want to swim.
Not the finest camp we have visited. Trévoux is lovely though.

However, we are genuinely sorry that the cleanliness of the toilet facilities and the water temperature did not meet your expectations. As for the number of toilet blocks, we take your feedback on board, even though we do have two large toilet blocks open.
We also regret that the Wi-Fi signal was not satisfactory from your pitch. The signal can indeed vary depending on the area of the campsite.

Brilliant Hospitality.
We stayed at here for several nights recently. Campsite well laid out, large pitches number of which are on the bank of the river. Facilities superb, very clean.
Reception excellent from the time of arrival until the time ñdeparture. I experienced an issued health wise, the site manager took over the situation by calling for medical intervention. Lady took control of the situation until medics arrived. She kindly transported my wife to and from the hospital. In summary, a very kind professional person.
Located close to the town centre with good bus links towards the railway station for onward travel to Lyon.
Overall an excellent site in an equally excellent location with great facilities and wonderful reception.

A beautiful campsite, very well located for great bike rides, with routes from the tourist office.

Camping near Lyon.
Great campsite with spacious pitches and views of the Saône River. Friendly staff, friendly staff. Possibility to order bread. There is also a small shop. The town is within walking distance. A pizza food truck is available at the entrance of the campsite. Lyon is easy to visit from here. Recommended to stay one or more days.

Bedankt voor je mooie review! Wat fijn om te horen dat je zo hebt genoten van de ruime plaatsen en het uitzicht op de Saône. Ook leuk dat het vriendelijke personeel, de broodservice en het winkeltje je verblijf extra aangenaam hebben gemaakt.
