We would return if in the area again

We stayed recently at the hotel for four nights. The hotel is quite charming in decor and we found the rooms spacious and comfortable. We chose the hotel for its central location and accessibility for my elderly patents. Other people have said about the noise outside but we were not bothered by the setting up of the local market stalls we felt it added to the character of our stay. Watching the world go by from our balconies was very therapeutic. The staff were lovely especially Julie on Reception and in the breakfast room. The breakfast was good however it would have been nice to have been able to swap continental for the omelette option without having to pay an additional cost. We would return and enjoyed dining in the bistro downstairs although the service there was hit and miss.

The hotel's location is excellent in a walkable area. The room is very comfortable, cosy and beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. We will definitely come back.

Short stay in Trouville in a historic and central setting.

Hotel in a period building located in an excellent, central, and pedestrian location. The exterior is captivating, like returning to the times of the Belle Époque; the interior is indeed historic but would need a renovation and remodeling. Standard room small but with everything necessary.
The flaws of the property are the noise at night and early in the morning, if you stay in a room that faces the street, and the carpeting, present not only in the room but throughout the entire setting.
Breakfast is not very varied and expensive for what they offer, even if it is good.
I think it is fine for 1- 2 nights, no longer.

The hotel is very centrally located and easy walk anywhere. No air conditioning so it was hot.

Excellent to stay in this charming hotel above a bustling French brasserie. You feel like part of the fabric of the building as it has evolved over many decades without losing its charm. If you want soulless cookie cutter hotels try deauville, but for a glimpse of a coastal French town stay here. The room was generous and even without air conditioning the breeze from the windows kept us cool, restaurant is well worth a visit and the breakfast is worth getting up for to give you a great start
