An unforgettable and wonderful moment
Excellent time as this Valentine's Day spent at the castle as part of the Valentine's Day package.
The place is beautiful, the park splendid, the interior of the castle is a delight. Whether it is very comfortable rooms, restaurant rooms and living rooms everything invites to enjoy.
The welcome is perfect and as far as the restaurant is concerned, we are really on a high level with perfect service, really nothing wrong. And finally I would say that breakfast completes the picture by offering a variety of superb product.
In short an unforgettable moment.
Congratulations to all the teams, I absolutely recommend.

Mixed impression
We stayed at this establishment as part of a gift voucher. While the setting is magnificent, unfortunately, that is not the case for the room offered and the services. Lack of signage upon arrival by car. Dust and cobwebs in the room, empty shower gel, very dirty terrace that has certainly never been cleaned. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast manager. The dining options are very acceptable. The pool is beautiful.
Overall, a pleasant stay, but the content does not match the packaging.

disappointing
location and room very good,meals decent,the only bp before leaving disappearance of our wallet in the room that was closed,most probably staff used,very disappointing for the rest,you will understand

An odd stay with an unauthrised charge to my credit card topping it off!
An odd experience from start to finish. The chateau is accessed via a side road that passes through what appears to be the messy back of a farm and some low-quality houses. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to the external accommodation, and given rudimentary verbal directions to our room - but no map or information.
The room appeared to be new and well-appointed. We were surprised to find that the restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday - which coincided with most of the restaurants in the nearby town also being closed!
We generally enjoyed our stay, but noted that the gardens were overgrown, untidy and had many weeds - although it appeared that the owners had recently spent a lot of money on a very substantial irrigation system.
At no stage did we feel welcome.
I would normally have rated the stay at 4 stars, however, the unauthorised and unexplained billing of my credit card following our stay left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.
The only possible explanation that I could dream up is that we were charged for the bottle of water that was in our room - which I assumed was complimentary (as was the case in all of the other hotels we stayed in) due to there being no price list or any other indication that a charge would be applied.

We are surprised by your comment about the gardens. In fact, 3 people work all year round to maintain our gardens and parks. The forest is a listed wooded area, so we leave nature free to operate in this zone.
