Five unforgettable days in Bakuriani <3 !

The hotel is located on a good spot, the rooms are comfortable. Everything is calculated for good relaxing. In ArtVilla equipped with old-fashioned items, there are many interesting and beautiful pictures., it is one of best place I have ever seen with his old history. Here you can tasty many different Georgian dishes such as like khinkali, khachapuru, Chikhirtma, Chaqapuli and etc ^_^ . I would spend every evening with my friends in a dining-hall and the host would treat us to Chacha (local vine vodka). Staff is the best ! at this five days I collected many positive emotions <3, I was glad, because I didn't expect such a family environment. If you are planning to spend cold winter days in a worm environment, then ArtVilla is created for holiday-makers like you ! Thanks for this five unforgettable days !

Very disappointed!

We chose to stay in ArtVilla based on the outstanding reviews on Tripadvisor. We could have stayed in any one of the hotels in the ski area, but decided on a smaller establishment as we wanted to experience true Georgian hospitality and the warm atmosphere everyone was raving about. Well, we were extremely disappointed, to say the least. Firstly, our rooms were not cleaned and ready, even though we arrived at 4pm. Secondly, our host Mikhail left shortly after our arrival, only to return 5 days later on the day of our departure, (in time to receive our payment). Thirdly, the quality of the meals prepared by the staff decreased...the longer we stayed the more the starch, and the less the meat and veg.
PS We also had no television reception in our rooms, and the rooms were not serviced daily.

Good option in Bakuriani

Warm and hospitable family-run guesthouse with six rooms. Always home-made fresh and tasty meals. Strange lunch time (4-5 PM), but the owner instructed his staff to prepare lunch at 2 PM upon request. Can be noisy due to nearly in-existing sound insulation.

A great venue for your stay in Bakuriani

Artvilla is a beatiful place to make your stay in Bakuriani unforgettable. Very nice personnel, hotel management, reasonable prices and cool service helped my family with two little kids to have a good rest at the very heart of Bakuriani. I comfortably paid my stay 5 months beforehand via wire transfer. The hotel owner Mikhail Arbolishvili (who is a great artist as well) personally helps its guests with any matters regarding their stay at this warm place!

Old family Nest in Bakuriani - new reality

I remember this house in 80th years when I was on field geophysical works in Bakuriani area - it was real old Nest of nice Georgian family. In the present time you can see renovated home with really warm atmosphere and unique Georgian hospitality and care. I strongly recommend Art Villa for stay in Bakuriani village in winter time for Alpine skiing and other winter pleasure as well in summer time when temperature in Tbilisi is really hot but very comfortable in Bakuriani due to high elevation about 2000 meters above see level. You can visit historical interesting places around Bakuriani - Borjomi Valley(with Borjomy spring water), Alalchihe Castle, Vardzia Cave Monastery built in 12th century and enjoy with fantastic fresh air and nature around Bakuriani. Don't miss Kukushka local train between Bogjomi and Bakuriani. Last time I stay in Art Villa with my daughter in summer 2008 and was briefly on October 2014
