The reception is very helpful and good in every sense.
The rooms are spacious and good. Have everything you need.
The only concern is dust in every corner, unfortunately, so cleaning can be better. Bed linens, chairs and so on were very clean.

Stunning view from the hotel to all of Tbilisi !!!
I liked the hotel itself - stylish, cozy and very comfortable. During my stay, I lived in two different categories of rooms, including a two-bedroom suite. The rooms are spacious, well thought out, and have all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. You can feel the attention to detail.
I want to celebrate breakfasts separately. They are standard, but they are also varied and delicious: there are cottage cheeses, sausages, sausages, omelets, salads - everything is fresh and neatly served. It's nice to start the morning with a good breakfast.
The staff are very responsive and caring. At my first request, I was brought an iron, an extra pillow and blankets — all quickly and with a smile. This attitude really creates a sense of hospitality.
But the most important thing about this hotel is the view from the balcony. He's gorgeous! The panorama is stunning, and it is especially nice to admire it during breakfast - a sensation unforgettable.
I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Tbilisi - I want to come back here again.

Asked for extra hangers several times, no luck.
The worst was the staff - talking loud in the mornings just outside the room from 8am.
Breakfast - ok to have a coffee. Russian guests taking all fruits as a take away with them - typical cheap creatures. They are 80% of guests there.
Great views from the balcony. A couple of mineral water bottles given daily. Nice touch.
Asked for a couple of bath robes - well received with thanks.
