Very nice little hotel.

Excellent hotel! I'm here now. Very clean and tidy hotel. Everything in the rooms is new, there is nothing to complain about, everything you need is there: Kettle, tea, coffee, bottles of water. They cleaned perfectly. For breakfast there is enough choice for my taste. The staff is kind and smiling. Very nice place. Located close to attractions. Recommended.

Nice hotel for your money.

Came to the hotel at night from the train station. Nobody at reception. There's a phone, but no one answers. It's been a long time waiting for someone to show up and move us in.
The hotel is small, 10-15 minutes walk to the old town.
Breakfast buffet. Coffee is instant.
The water in the shower doesn't come off.

Conveniently located just outside the center

The hotel is located just outside the city centre, but after 8 minutes at the latest, a bus leaves for the historic Old Town and continues across Liberty Square. The purchase of a MetroMoney card is worthwhile for this alone.
The rooms are not large but the double bed is wide enough. Towards the parking lot you also sleep quietly. Towards the neighbouring room it is a bit noisy. What was missing in the room was immediately completed (second bedside table, second duvet).
The breakfast buffet varies a little daily. If a tour group stays here, it gets a bit cramped in the breakfast room.

Miserable experience

I’ve had the worst hotel experience in here.
There is no concierge service, so we had to carry our bags all the way to our rooms in checkin and checkout.
Rooms are narrow.
There is no room service after 6pm, and if we required anything we had to wait until the next day at 10am
As a matter of fact, after 6pm there is literally no staff available at the hotel, except for the receptionist. I’m not joking, she said this exactly to me when I required room service at 7pm!
So if anything happens to her, the hotel will be unattended.
I’m surprised this hotel is even rated 4*; it is a disgrace to the 4 star rated facilities.

NICE TIDY HOTEL

It is a small hotel. We were given room in third floor which has been renovated and gives modern look. Rooms and toilette were clean with clean towels and linen. We stayed for 4 nights, the rooms are daily cleaned towels are replaced but the bed linen was not changed even once.
Tea kettle was provided in the room with 1 litre of free water.
Breakfast is very basic.
Staff is evere smiling and helpful.
