Exceptional Stay
The lobby features comfortable relaxation areas, and the terrace is simply stunning, offering a direct view of the Caucasus Mountains. Cleanliness is maintained at the highest level throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms.
The bathroom deserves special mention as well — everything is modern, well-maintained, and functions perfectly.
I would also like to highlight the breakfast: it is very diverse and absolutely delicious.
This is an excellent place not only for leisure but also for hosting business meetings, trainings, and similar events.
We spent the best four days at Agarani Estate. I also cannot fail to mention the two incredibly sweet and warm dogs cared for by the hotel — as an animal lover, this means a lot to me.
I truly hope that Agarani will continue to maintain such high standards in the future. Wishing you continued success!

Not living up to expectations
The setting itself is undeniably beautiful, with lovely views over Kakheti, and the breakfast was genuinely very good. However, beyond the aesthetics, the overall experience felt surprisingly average and lacking in attention to detail.
The interiors and room finishes are fairly bog-standard and do not reflect the luxury positioning or rates. Small details also matter at this level. There was no body lotion in the bathroom, which may seem minor, but compared to other hotels across Kakheti and Tbilisi offering better value and more thoughtful touches, it becomes noticeable.
The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service. On two separate occasions over two days, groups of young waiters completely ignored me as I entered the dining space. They clearly saw me, yet no one approached, acknowledged, or seated me. Both times I eventually had to get up and ask for service myself. For a hotel positioning itself as upscale, this level of inattentiveness is unacceptable.
One particularly concerning issue was the in-room safe not being fixed to the wall or cabinet. It could literally be lifted out and carried away, which defeats the entire purpose of having a safe in the room.
Overall, the property feels like a hotel trying to present itself as far more premium than it actually is. Beautiful location and strong breakfast aside, the service, attention to detail, and overall value for money simply do not currently justify the pricing.
