Piccola e bellissima new hotel vicino alla spiaggia e le dune di sabbia,
ben arredate e tranquille camere

Personale scortese e stonava di servizio
I miei genitori come pure il mio marito e ho scelto di fare il brunch presso il ristorante su una nei giorni feriali a circa 12:00. Siamo stati avvisati che il brunch in stile buffet era offerto fino alle 1:00. Ci sono voluti un mentre per la cameriera al sedile noi e e le "offerte di brunch erano per lo più andato"- Così, quando ho chiesto perché la cameriera mi ha detto che non si preoccupano di rifornire più niente e che mi basta chiedere niente che volevamo. Poiché avevano solo qualche panino, un po' di formaggio e un piccolo posto di frutta disponibili avevo per cercare la nostra cameriera per ottenere solo gli elementi essenziali più e più volte. Il costo per la colazione a buffet era 18 €. L'idea di "servizio" semplicemente non sembra esistere quanto abbiamo ricevuto una smorfia piccola ciotolina da lei ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto di prendere un caffè o alcune uova. E' stata un'esperienza tutto sgradevole. Sembra che il personale è stato addestrato male e non si cura. E' assolutamente non professionale. Ci piace la zona e affittare una casa per una settimana o due ogni estate. Io ho pensato che potrebbe considerare di soggiornare presso l'hotel come bene..ma dopo la nostra esperienza qui, io non avrei mai potuto considerare questo è più.

Zunächst einmal möchten wir hervorheben, dass wir unseren Hotelgästen sowie unseren Ferienwohnungsgästen ein FRÜHSTÜCKSBÜFFET täglich von 8:00 Uhr bis 13:00 Uhr anbieten. Der beschriebene BRUNCH wird in unserem Hause gar nicht angeboten.
Es ist richtig, dass wir ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit - und gemessen an der noch vorhandenen Anzahl an Gästen im Restaurant - nach 12:00 Uhr nicht alles wieder auffüllen, sondern die Gäste ihre Wünsche direkt äussern können und wir alles portionsweise und vor allem frisch direkt aus der Küche dem Gast servieren. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind alle geschult und sehr freundlich zu unseren Gästen. Wir können diese Beschwerde nicht nachvollziehen und wenn es sich so zugetragen haben sollte, wie beschrieben - dann haben die Gäste dies sicherlich reklamiert? Oder? Die Direktion bzw. das Empfangspersonal sitzt direkt vor dem Eingang des Restaurant und hätte bestimmt sofort geholfen das Misverständnis zu klären.
Jedenfalls ist uns dieser Vorfall nicht bekannt und wir haben hier jeden Tag zwischen 50 und 120 Frühstücksgäste.
Wir empfehlen auch i m m e r allen Gästen, die nicht bei uns wohnen sich zuvor einen Tisch zu reservieren.
Vielleicht geben uns diese Gäste ja noch eine zweite Chance - und darüber würden wir uns sehr freuen.

Firstly, I would like to say that we serve a BREAKFAST buffet from 08:00 am till 01:00 pm for our hotel and apartment guests.The brunch offer that is described above, does not exist! We do not serve any kind of brunch whatsover. It is in fact true that depending on the amount of guests we have left in the restaurant, we do not refill the buffet after 12 pm. If after this particular time, someone wishes to eat something we don’t have left on the buffet, he or she can certainly order whatever they like directly from our staff and receive a fresh plate straight out of the kitchen. Our staff is always polite and trained as well. We cannot comprehend this complaint and if the things that are being explained really did happen, then why didn’t the customers complain while they were here? The reception staff is always right in front of the breakfast restaurant and is always happy to discuss complaints.
We serve between 50 and 150 customers each day. We do always suggest or guests to reserve a table in our restaurant.
Maybe these guests will give us a second chance. We’d be happy to serve them again.

Vegan burger
We ate very good vegan burgers here. The coriander mayonnaise is unbelievably delicious. The whole thing is also very reasonably priced. Note: only available between 12 and 3 p.m. The service was also very nice, and you can sit comfortably in the outside area. Everything was great!

Between the hotel and the beach is....
...... only a 100m walk, which is awfully nice, and you can go barfoot!
The rooms are spacious, bathrooms modern and have new appliances, bed is cozy, too.
