Hotel in the industrial area

Hotel Class is located in an industrial area. It is probably a former office building.
The rooms are big. They are conveniently arranged. The bathroom is completely decorated in a simple white.
Breakfast is adequate.
For a weekend trip to Hamburg I would prefer another hotel.

Hotel very very loud, especially in the morning

We had 3 nights in Hotel Class in connection with a family trip to Hamburg.
The room is nice and clean, and lovely warm, even in a time with very cold weather.
Ok beds. There's what needs to be for breakfast.
The noise from the other guests of the hotel was extreme. It’s typically craftsmen/people who have to go to work, and got up before 6am. After 6am and until 8am, there are incredibly high numbers of alarms/wecklers where there’s snoozes, doors that constantly knock hard in. Talk, loud music, a ride back and forth. That's how it was every morning at the hotel.
We were not obs that it is a hotel typically used by craftsmen, and that is therefore very hectic early in the day.
Had we had to get up at 6:00, it wasn't a problem.

Excellent vacation for me, silent, ac and nice staff

I stayed there two nites for business. The last time in Hamburg I found some room for improvement, saying I looked for another hotel. This was one of them that popped up and I was primarily attracted by the (pedestrian) vicinity to the local train station Veddel-Ballinstadt. Its only a few minutes, and from there you have access to Hamburg big city and a lot of aatractions. Drilling deeper, I realized that this is in a commercial quarter and was something like a production hall, but now completely re-furbished to an Ballroom and a hotel. Reception is on first upper floor and rooms are on the second, but no problem there is an elevator. It is very silent. Rooms have different size and I had a bigger one, with a broad bed and a smaller side bed. There are also a flat, a wardrobe, a desk with chair, another chair with a table, a fridge (no minibar, fillable by your own taste), a baggage carrier, and hooks at the wall for jackets. Instructions for the use of the ac and a channel table, as well as a booklet of the hotel and some paper - how nice and helpful.
The bath is spacey and well organized, alot of hot water and all clean. Breaky is also on second upper floor, like a sort of patio: enough space, flat, and a good variety of breaky items, coffe from an automat, juices, fresh fruit slices, yogurt, cereals, bread and buns, scrambled eggs, sausages, boilde eggs, ham and cheese and salami, jam and honey and so forth. All tasty and in good quality. I needed some lifts for my business and these were friendly organized by the receptionist - a nice young girl, ready for a short happy parlor. She also did checkin and checkout in a professional and efficient manner, also explaining everything (breaky time and room, keys...). It was a real pleasure being there!

Outdated hotel in a remote area, air conditioning noisy all night. Stain on carpet. Need much more improvement.
