A really nice place. Recommended.
The hotel is really nice and tastefully decorated. Particularly striking are the generously varied and very comfortable seating and lingering options.
The service is extremely friendly and accommodating. The pampering board leaves nothing to be desired - the kitchen is excellent.
The restaurant area is very lovingly and stylishly decorated and the tables were also set.
The wellness area is really nice and spacious and it can be well recovered in the various relaxation rooms. The adjoining gym is top and equipped with modern equipment.
The suite is spacious and nicely decorated (only the sofa had a few larger liquid stains on the seat - with a bedspread these would not have noticed).
Overall, the hotel is excellent and highly recommended.
Our next short break with our dogs is already booked.

Disappointing stay – poor service, booking problems and health problems
Evening 1: For 3 courses we needed over 2 hours. The invoice was only brought to us after several inquiries.
Evening 3: A waiter ran while serving, which seemed rushed and unprofessional.
Evening 5: We sat at the table for over 20 minutes without anyone taking our drinks order.
No salads were offered. For vegetarians, the menu is unsuitable as there was only a choice of main course – the starters mostly contained meat.
Breakfast was also disappointing: We had to regularly “follow” the coffee, often it was just lukewarm or already stale.
Especially annoying:
Already after the first pampering dinner, I developed severe abdominal pain, bloating and partial diarrhoea – complaints that lasted for over a week until they slowly subsided a day after we returned. I can't make a medical diagnosis, but the temporal relationship is striking.
The booking was also unsatisfactory:
The advertised last minute offer was allegedly no longer available due to “contingent booking”, although at least 3 rooms on our floor were empty during our stay.
Overall unfortunately no stay that I can recommend.

The varied hikes offer views of moors, mountains and lakes!
