Rehabilitation

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated, clean and smell wonderfully of pine wood. Easy check in. Very friendly hosts. Very warm and helpful. The breakfast/lounge is very cozy. Coffee, tea and water are constantly available. Cereal and fruit, too. And that's free. Respect. Hotel 10 out of 5 stars. Bad Nauheim itself is not so beautiful for me personally now. However, there are many good restaurants and cafes. But as part of a rehab quite recommended.

Zero goodwill in a snowstorm

I had booked a room for the period 09.01.–10.01.2026. On 09.01.2026, however, there was a snowstorm in Hamburg, as a result of which long-distance traffic was completely shut down and travel was not possible.
The same day I informed both the hotel directly and Expedia, through which the booking was made, hoping for goodwill. Expedia has contacted the hotel several times. Initially, there was no feedback, and after re-examination, a complete refusal of any refund followed.
Even after a personal phone call with the hotel to finally clarify the situation, everything was blocked. Zero understanding, even though it was clearly force majeure and the notification was made on time. I can understand that the hotel has lost revenue due to the non-arrival, but I would have expected at least a partial refund out of goodwill.
Overall very disappointing.
Therefore, no recommendation from my side.

Very nicely decorated, there's nice art on the walls. The room was quite spacious and also very nicely decorated. There are also balconies where you can have a drink. The bed was quite big, easily fit 2 large persons. The mattress was somewhere on the harder side; for me personally very comfy.
There isn't really a breakfast included, but there's free drinks (coffee, tea, water, etc.) and some light food like fruit, cereal, milk, etc., which is nice. I personally enjoyed the coffee.
The host left a nice note in the room, which was a nice touch. Also there was a coupon card you can use to get discounts for different activities in the city. Also very nice.
Check-in and check-out were really cool; no waiting required. Just type in you code and you're set. I had to leave a little earlier than planned. The stay was very pleasant. Check-out was also very nice; just drop you card in a box and you're set.
Definitely recommend. Will certainly come back.

Close to the station and easy walking to centre of the centre of the town. Hotel is recently renovated to the highest standard

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel with pine furniture and very nice boss. All rooms renovated. Parking directly at the house. Almost all rooms with balcony. Complimentary drinks such as tea, water and coffee. We have already accommodated many friends and acquaintances.
