Cute hotel right in the center of the museum campus. I came during the heatwave of June 2026 and the per-room adjustable AC blew nice and cold through the night. Shower was big and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. I even had a big fridge with a freezer which was amazing. Loved my stay here and would come again

It is the third time we have come to this hotel in 14 years and it is always pleasant

Hotel in a great location: just a few minutes away you reach the metro, the Duomo, Museum Island, Alexander Platz, Rotes Rathaus, Marienkirche church etc.. Very large tree, with a young, present, helpful staff. The breakfast room very large, elegant and full of products. The very large room, also equipped with "kitchen" cabinet and shower is supreme. The only drawback: it lacks the refrigerator that was replaced by a mobile robot called JEEVES - the service robot

The Arcotel is in a very nice neighborhood close to museums. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Although the coffee was instant (which is strange when you are from BC) it was quite good!

Top location, top service

Great location, great service! I spent a whole week in the hotel and felt completely comfortable. The reception and the whole team were great and very attentive. I would particularly like to highlight the two bar staff – super friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel directly at the Foreign Office is simply perfect. Definitely a good address for my next stay in Berlin!
