Best location, in the heart of Berlin, near the public transportations , walking distance to a very good supermarket(rewe) and lots of grocery stores, restaurants and museums, monuments....
Super clean, great management, well decorated, well equipped, zero complaints!!!
Good price!
If you are thinking about spending time in Berlin, don’t miss it!

Keep distant

Apartment was very small, it was not like shown in the pictures. The place they call "kitchen" is just 1 m2. and it also includes your wardrobe :)
It was extremely dirty and was looking to a garbage place. You can enjoy the view of the garbages from your neighbours!
The main entrance of the building was always open, so it was not safe.
Wi-fi and TV was not working at all. We sent several text messages on the issue there was no feed back for days, nothing!
We need a help during evening, it was not possible to reach anybody by phone. At last, a man picked up the phone and yelled at us "don't call us at that time". It was totally absurd, the guy who is responsible for your stay is just yelling at you when you need help! We did not call again.

Well placed

The B! Apartments are well positioned in a very pleasant area. To and from Tegel Airport takes 20 minutes in the TXL bus to the main station and a further10 minutes on the M8 tram which stops close by. Alexanderplatz is 20 minute walk passing many restaurants and coffee shops. Near to the Junior apartments in Ackerstrasse we stayed was everything you need - supermarket, coffee shop, delis and restaurants-even a flower shop next door. Its a 5 minute walk to Rosenthaler Platz station - excellent metro system. The Berlin Wall memorial is a 5 minute walk up the street. The apartment was immaculately kept, lovely and warm. Only minor grumble was the pillows were not great, but that wouldnt put us off staying there again.

Excellent apartment, Excellent location, Excellent service. Will stay again!

Stayed here for 2 days (DaVinci Apartment) and it was by far much better than expected. Great welcome on arrival. The apt. had a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Everything was provided......Ovben, Microwave, Fridge, all crockery & cutlery......Iron, Washing Machine, TV, Steroe, Free Wi-Fi.....I could go on! Clean and very comfortable. In a great location - just a few minutes by Tram (M8 to Pappelplatz)) from the Central Railway Station and a short walk from S-Bahn (Nordbahnhof). A short walk from the Berlin Wall Museum and plenty of cafes, restaurants and a large supermarket nearby.
Thoroughly recommended - and I shall be staying again next year - for longer!

Great location, very spacious and well equipped

Very spacious apartment, comfortably sleeping a family of 4 . Well stocked kitchen, large bathroom even with the luxury of a washer! Walking distance to many restaurants, a park, supermarket, close to Subway and S-Bahn to get you quick into the city center. Check-in was easy, we didn't know exactly when we would arrive, but a short phone call made all necessary arrangements. Great place, very well taken care of, and perfect for a longer stay in Berlin. Would recommend this place over any hotel because it gives you more space and the freedom to at least make your own breakfast, have some drinks in the fridge for the evening etc.
