Cold and dirty

Very very very cold place. You must take a heater with you if you don't want to be cold. For me is to late. To much dust and the TV has not plugs. Toilets are very used and not look very nice inside. It it placed in a good area but inside is not look same like the pictures on their site . All the staff is very used and not look nice.

Terrible experience with customer service

To be honest we didn't get to stay at this property because Berlin was locked down when we were due to stay, that's totally understandable in the times we live in! But the reason I'm writing a review is that the property promised us a voucher to be used towards rebooking with them and after 7+ months we still haven't received this voucher. I've tried reaching out to booking.com who say they are unable to make contact with this property and I've tried emailing and calling the property, but today they hung up on me saying they didn't have time to speak to me so I don't know where else to go. I'm saddened by the experience and really feel like we deserve an explanation from the property and an idea of when we can expect either a voucher or a refund
