Very good hotel, very pleasant staff, beautiful room, located in a quiet area, good food at the bar, very kind staff, always a smile from the young Asian man at the reception and the blonde girl.
The breakfast lady always has a smile on her lips.

Nice hotel with bar and outdoor seating area, supermarket is a 10min walk, and there are trams stops nearby to take you into the city centre. Area is quiet but a bit out of the way from anything to do/see

Would love to come back

The staff very friendly and helpful, especially Micha. The rooms are small but fine and really clean. Good access to public transport, opposite petrol station. My room was out the back and really quiet, beds are also great. Bathroom is clean, especially the rain shower and toothpaste/brush you bring (does not have to be present). Parking is behind the hotel and for 12€ okay.
The best 24h coffee bar, with complimentary tea, cocoa and all kinds of coffee.

Overall it was an alright stay. We booked this hotel because of close proximity to the testing center I had to attend. It is quite far from the city center so using public transportation will take you a while. Personnel very kind and attentive. Absolutely awful pillows that loose their shape and kill your neck. Next time I'm definitely taking mine. There's a parking lot available for extra payment. Which is a good option, because you don't have to search where to leave your car.

Very satisfied

Cool hotel in Lichtenberg. I have been here more often and would book it for private stays as well. Friendly staff and very good service. The connection to public transport is good. So you are quickly everywhere in Berlin. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed today. But there are some Vietnamese restaurants in the area.
