Good value for money

We got there at 7 pm on a Friday night. Reception was closed but it was easy to get our keys thanks to instructions sent by email. The room was basic but clean, very good for the price. The bathroom was shared, but we had a sink in the room. The wifi was great and easy to connect to. The TV was working well, even though it was of modest size. Check out was easy as well, we just had to drop the keys in a mail box. The street was silent enough. The mattresses were a bit thin, but then again, it is a value pension.

Reservation ignored

When I arrived to check in everything was closed, I spoke via intercom with someone who said there were no rooms available, even though I said the reservation ID that the staff had sent me by email, it was refused. However, if I paid €1000 they would get a room, very bad.
This had never happened to me before.
Even the intercom service was rude, I strongly advise against Eberty Berlin

Average basic hotel, met expectations

Plenty of bathrooms, close to tram station. Noisy guests in adjacent room, no staff on hand to complete our check in at any point we were able to, only one plug socket in the room. Requested a double room but got given twin. Overall, the hotel is nothing special but met its description.

Cheap Hotel, Value for Money...

A cheap budget hotel for anyone who will be out most of the time exploring. Me and my travel buddy stayed here for 2 nights. The reception is not open 24 hours a day, so be sure to check their opening times. If you are arriving late, you can make arrangements on how to pick up room keys. Me personally, wouldn’t call this a hotel but rather it was like a hostel. There are plenty of toilets on each floor, so even though you are sharing with other guest’s, you won’t have to wait around to use the toilet facility. Each toilet has a shower and are always kept clean. The walk from the station is around 10-15 mins, we used google maps to find the place or ask any passer bye. There is good Wifi throughout the hotel, so we were very pleased with that. Fresh towels are also provided to each guest. I would personally recommend backpackers to stay here if you are looking for something cheap but if you fancy something classier with your family then find yourself another place.

Average, more hostel-like

We stayed the weekend and it was all good except the windows were open and could be closed with a key only so it was cold at night but neither of us got sick or anything so with short stay it's ok. We did ask for the key but the receptionist looked so lost trying to find it and kinda gave up and said it must be in some other room. Some of the bathrooms were dirty and some wasn't so it was kinda uncomfortable to go wash up before sleeping... We took all our money with us when we left the hotel cuz don't trust these kind of cheap places so nothing was stolen from us (even tho i left my passport in the room). Also WiFi worked well in the room we were. Almost forgot to say, the PILLOWS are SUPER BAD in there! But the room was nice so we were OK with the place. Wouldn't go again but it was cheap so...
