Ottima posizione, ma attenzione ai dettagli migliorabile
Il personale è stato in generale disponibile e cortese, anche se non tutti hanno mostrato la stessa attenzione verso gli ospiti. Per quanto riguarda la camera, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dal punto di vista della pulizia: era accettabile, ma poteva essere decisamente più curata.
Anche il cibo non mi ha particolarmente colpito: discreto, ma senza lasciare un’impressione memorabile.
Nel complesso, una buona esperienza soprattutto per la location e gli spazi comuni, ma con margini di miglioramento su pulizia e ristorazione.
Abbiamo uno status VIP, ma in camera abbiamo trovato un biglietto personalizzato che faceva riferimento a uno status premium inferiore al nostro. Un dettaglio che dà l’impressione di poca attenzione verso l’ospite.

Una soluzione ottima per visitare Berlino
Le camere sono splendide, perfetta metratura pulite e con tutti i comfort.
Il personale veramente umano e cortese.
L’hotel è davvero bello e ben posizionato davanti alla cattedrale e l’isola dei musei, con metro e treno a due passi. Il prezzo è accessibile. Tutto perfetto

Hotel eccezionale
Il personale è stato cordiale e ha dato un servizio eccellente.
Le camere sono moderne e impeccabilmente pulite. La mia camera 5205 aveva anche un balcone proprio di fronte alla Cattedrale che era bello.
Area bar / lobby è incantevole la sera. Il personale qui era molto buono.
La sala colazione è bella e c'è una grande varietà tra cui scegliere così come gli elementi da ordinare dal menu.
Non guarderei altrove se soggiornassi a Berlino. L'hotel spunta ogni casella.
