Good location,
We were on motorbikes so secure parking was a must and was good.
Breakfast was really good with lots to choose from.
Downside was no air conditioning it was extremely warm in the room.
Other than that staff were really friendly and helpful.

Hidden Gem in Berlin

Centrally located between the Osloer St Station or Pank St station is a Hidden Gem for a short stay in Berlin without the high city prices. We stayed at this venue for three nights and received a friendly, helpful experience from beginning to end. We had a few queries before reaching the hotel which were dealt with quickly and professionally. Large rooms always immaculacy clean and nicely heated as we did hit some negative temperatures during our stay. We did not book breakfast as part of our stay but were able to purchase each morning for 18 Euro. Breakfast was vast with plenty of choice. There is also the opportunity to purchase Pizza in the evening at the bar. My only negative about this trip was the quality of the pillows was not great

Pleasant experience

Staying at Wyndham Garden Mitte Berlin was a really pleasant experience. After a long day in the city, it felt great to come back to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location made getting around Berlin very easy. I would gladly stay here again.

Charged as No-Show Despite Phone Cancellation

I booked a room shortly before 18:00 and cancelled it by calling the hotel at around 18:15 — about 30 minutes later. Despite informing the hotel by phone, I was charged the full price (around 90 EUR) under their “no-show” policy.
This was not a no-show, as I actively cancelled and did not simply fail to appear. I find this handling unfair and disproportionate. Be aware of this policy before booking, especially for same-day reservations.
