Very nice family weekend spent in Bramsche.

We stayed the weekend after Easter at Akzent Hotel in Bramsche. Especially the service and the quality of the 2 dinners have us very excited again!

Basic

Overall a very basic hotel. Not the most modern accommodation on the planet. The bathroom is a bit outdated and could use a makeover. The room itself is decent, nothing more and nothing less. Breakfast is a big disappointment. The restaurant at the hotel again is basic. I would say typical German food, so if you’re looking for fine dining, you’re in the wrong place. The personnel however is really friendly, big up to the staff!

Nice with smears

The restaurant is great and I rate it 5 stars. The hotel itself I rate with 3 stars.
Staff very friendly and attentive, friendly brightly decorated, but no air conditioning, which is really borderline on hot days, because in rooms facing the street you can go to the
Don't even put up windows. Beds for me too soft and partly sagged. Ample hotel parking available. The bathroom is very spacious, clean and I had a walk-in shower. Hair dryer , towels, bathrobe and shower gear are available. Breakfast is good but I missed the whistle. The restaurant is great value for money and it tasted excellent. In summer with warmth I would only visit the restaurant and not stay there because of the lack of air conditioning but otherwise I would. I didn't use the Soa area and therefore didn't include it in my review.

Hotel nicely located modern but with swaps

The hotel is rural located just behind Bramsche (Osnabrück).
It has free parking, which I very much welcome. The staff is very friendly, open-minded and attentive. The hotel itself is quite modern and bright and friendly despite the age. Especially the conservatory and the terrace of the restaurant (which is excellent and fully recommended) I really liked.
The rooms themselves are bright, spacious with a good bathroom.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have air conditioning. Although there are fans in every room, this cannot be compared to air conditioning. Although the windows are equipped with fly screens, but unfortunately I could only leave the window open from 00-04 o'clock because otherwise you cannot sleep because of the street noise, as my room was facing the street. The bed was very large and the mattress to my taste rather one-legged too soft, but there are differences of opinion. Breakfast was fine but not outstanding. The staff, however, were again very attentive. On not hot days, I would book the hotel again immediately. On hot days, though, it's not.

Exceeded our expectations

This hotel is one of the best we've stayed. The entire staff was very friendly and the owner Frau Surrendorf is onsight. Large spacious room and bathroom. Restaurant food was excellent . Breakfast buffet was exceptional and it was included in the room price was included and again excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel. They have a pool and two saunas. We've had birthday celebrations in their dining/garden room. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.
