L'architetto francese Jean Nouvel ha progettato il moderno hotel vicino al più alto edificio della città, la Torre di Colonia, avendo in mente sia il viaggiatore d'affari che il turista. Una breve camminata fino alla stazione di Hansaring permette di raggiungere il centro storico di Colonia e i suoi angoli più famosi della città, come la Cattedrale, lo zoo, i Giardini botanici Flora, il Museo romano-germanico, il Museo della cioccolata e il mercato natalizio. Tutte le 217 moderne camere dell'hotel comprendono spaziosi bagni con WC separati, macchine per caffè Nespresso e bollitori per l'acqua. Molte vantano della vista sul lago e della Cattedrale. L'NH Collection Köln Mediapark offre inoltre agli ospiti una palestra e una sauna aperte 24 ore al giorno. We felt very welcome and taken care of

We had a pleasant stay as our request was met as 2 couples overnight stay. The rooms were quiet, carpet in the hallway so no sounds of people walking, nice room, with a very nice bed. Als Janina the receptionist was very patient and her English was very well. We also got water beverages when we went home. They also got a good parking garage. Follow P8 when you enter the huge garage, the hotel has its own space within the garage. Furthermore train station Hansaring was a 10-minute walk. The next station is already Central Station Köln. You can pay for a 24 hour ticket for Köln for only 4 euro per person. Also the breakfast and evening staff were very friendly. Everything in the hotel was very spacious. In the evening you can also have free small drinks at the entrance, and you can sit outside on the terrace. Next to the hotel there are also several restaurants and a big square and park where you can sit. All and all a pleasant experience ❤️ God bless

Some of the staff were fantastic, but had a very bad experience when I was asking why we didn't have breakfast when spending 7.5k euros. Crazy! Will never stay in an NH again.

Great place to stay

Very clean, nice and comfortable. Me and my partner had a very pleasant stay. The rooms was nice, and we had a good sleep in the beds. We came by car, and liked that we could park in the garage under the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff makes the difference, compliments!

I was a guest at the NH MEDIAPARK hotel with several groups visiting the city from Italy, and the feeling we all had was that of feeling at home, being well, being welcomed and cared for with extreme courtesy and helpfulness... the staff is calm, patient, smiles, and then the bar overlooking the outdoor pond offers a refined, elegant, friendly, and fresh atmosphere thanks to the cocktails prepared by the very kind and capable Beppe and Daniele. An absolute guarantee and above all a colorful, fragrant, and beautiful corner where you can spend the end of the evening. Beautiful, period!
