Easy to find location near the A7. No reception, so entering the hotel and room is via a web applikation for which you received a link.
Fine restaurant located in the building.
Parking near the hotel is a bit restricted, but here should be a public parking lot near by (we found a place next to the hotel)

I Was Lucky Enough to Live Here

As a soldier stationed in Wurzburg and Schweinfurt, I was blessed to be able to live in this wonderful town. In the summer the Alte Schmiede was the place for bicyclists on the excellent German bicycle paths. However, this restaurant was my “go to” year round. Local ingredients and reasonable prices. Plus, great Franconian wine. When my elderly mother (who speaks no German) traveled to visit, this was where I reserved rooms for her. This is the Germany that won my heart.
