Top location for small budgets

Top location, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. Even though the rooms are small, everything you need is there. Yes, a bit more shelf space would be great, but why? It worked out and is ideal for cyclists, as the bike is allowed in the hotel. They can also be rented (price unknown)

Great location, good value.
The only criticism I would have is that the staff don’t seem very attentive when you check in or check out- particularly on check out, I was left stood there for several minutes having been seen at the desk by staff who appeared to be stocking a machine near the restaurant area. Other than that, no issues

The room was like a shoe box only big enough for 1 traveller. Shower cubicle in the middle of the room no privacy. No safe, no coffee/tea facilities, staff reluctant to give you extra towel. Our room had a courtyard view…. Bush tree. The offer is free beverage if you had no house cleaning was never delivered. For the price you pay you can get much better.

Excellent Service and Management Support

We had a few issues at the beginning of our stay, but the management was incredibly professional and resolved everything immediately. Mr. Dirk Kranat was very attentive and ensured that all our concerns were addressed with care.
The room was perfectly clean and well-organized when we returned. We were especially impressed with the level of hygiene after the management took over the situation.
Aside from the great service, the hotel's location is perfect. It is very central and within walking distance to everything in Dresden, which made our sightseeing much easier.
I want to thank the team for their hospitality and for turning our stay into a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended for its location and professional management
It is rare to find a management team that takes such direct responsibility and cares so much about guest satisfaction. the proactive and sincere approach of the staff turned our stay into a very positive experience.
