the apartment is well soundproofed and also has a small terrace where maybe have breakfast.

Disappointing stay and unexpected additional charges
Unfortunately, our stay in these apartments was disappointing. The apartment was not properly clean when we arrived, which was especially unpleasant and did not match the standard we expected.
We were also surprised by the final price. Additional taxes/fees of around €40 were not clearly included in the price we initially saw, so the total cost was significantly higher than expected. This should be communicated much more transparently before booking.
Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price. I would recommend checking all additional charges carefully before booking.
