had fun

We really enjoyed it. The service, the location, the food, the facilities - everything!
Sure, the room amenities are simpler, but they are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the quiet surroundings with delicious food. The breakfast is simple, but it is filling. If you communicate your wishes, they will be fulfilled.

Worst hotel in Europe

Worst hotel I can remember in Europe.
· The room was just about ok but basic, lacked WiFi, telephone, tea making facilities. Breakfast was ok.
I did not like the staff, the reception, having to pay on arrival before seeing the room. All facilities were closed, restaurant closed, swimming pool closed ( I’m not sure it’s been open in the last year), sauna closed, bar had no wine, outside was badly neglected, the decor was old and tired like something from a poor movie. Staff were unhelpful, unprofessional and lacked any concern to help in any way. Do not stay here and I have no idea how they got a high score in Booking.com. No one cares for this hotel and neither do I.

Perfect hotel location and service

We have stayed 4 nights in this hotel for some walking tours and we had great jhospitality from the owner. Nice breakfast, great sauna and especially the owner was very friendly and helpfull. Great spot in the Eifel and Mosel area. The hotel is in renewing fase and has great opportunities. The rooms are refurnished, clean and very quiet! If we come back to this area than we will fore sure book this hotel.

People are super friendly and helpfull , place needs a liitle bit TLC

we had a weekend there, very quit, staff super helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet good , spa and wellness was very good nice and clean and was renovated short time ago, Trip to TRIER and LUXEMBURG was not far and very nice and a MUST DO ! Bitburg is just a beer town with nothing nice ! EIFEL PARK Kids Adventure Park iss just minutes walking away....they loved it!

Place needs updating

The photos of the room do not really show that it is small and the bed is really low. Shower grout needs cleaning and just looks dirty. Breakfast was OK. Dinner was overcooked although when I complained they did credit one meal back. WIFI on group floor was non-existent. Overall this place needs a good cleaning and updating.
