Excellent, everything is made so you can do it via your phone! We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t speak to any staff but had everything we needed!

The reception was very friendly, and check-in is self-service and easy.

Room in another building... okay... I accepted that.
The stairwell was dark and the elevator was broken, so it meant carrying luggage. Thank God it was only the first floor.
The elevator seems, judging by the comments, to have been broken for quite some time...
The room did not appear particularly clean at first glance, unfortunately.
The floor seemed not to have been vacuumed or mopped.
I went over it with disinfecting wipes and the desk was dirty. There were greasy fingerprints on the wall and on the doors.
I managed to wipe away dirt from the toilet flush...
In the bathroom, the shower cabin kept collapsing sideways, it no longer had a firm hold.
At the headboard of the bed, it was immediately noticeable that someone had leaned their head against it. It was terrible. I also wiped that away with disinfecting wipes.
There were lint everywhere on the floor, and unfortunately, there were also stains and a hair on my friend's pillow.
The doorknob in the bathroom was no longer secure.
If it hadn't been for all that, I could have definitely overlooked the view into that ugly backyard.
We canceled the trip after one night; I just wanted to go home.
So, cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
Very centrally located, we easily found a parking spot in the side streets.
We will not return.

Es tut mir sehr leid, dass dein Aufenthalt durch mehrere Punkte beeinträchtigt wurde. Die von dir geschilderte Sauberkeit im Zimmer, die lockere Türklinke sowie die instabile Duschabtrennung entsprechen nicht unserem Anspruch – dafür möchte ich mich aufrichtig entschuldigen. Ebenso verstehe ich den Ärger über das dunkle Treppenhaus und den defekten Aufzug, besonders wenn man Gepäck tragen muss.
Wir haben deine Hinweise bereits intern adressiert: Die Zimmerkontrolle wurde für die betreffenden Bereiche geschärft, damit Oberflächen, Böden und Textilien zuverlässig sauber und einwandfrei sind. Die gemeldeten Maintenance-Themen geben wir gezielt weiter, damit Befestigungen und Funktionalitäten wieder stabil sind. Auch die Beleuchtungssituation im Treppenhaus und der Aufzugstatus werden im Team geprüft, um hier die Verlässlichkeit zu erhöhen.
Dein Feedback ist wertvoll, weil es uns hilft, Standards konsequent zu sichern und die Perspektive unserer Gäste im Alltag noch stärker einzunehmen.
Es ist schade, dass ihr die Reise verkürzt habt. Auch wenn du aktuell nicht an eine Rückkehr denkst, würden wir uns freuen, dich eines Tages mit einem deutlich besseren Eindruck zu überzeugen.

I spend around 100 days a year traveling and experience many different hotels. However, it is quite rare that I take the time to rate my stay afterward—especially if there is anything negative to say. In this case, though, the experience was so good that it truly deserves to be mentioned.
Everyone deserves recognition, but one person in particular stood out—a young staff member who handled a challenging check-in situation, managed the bar, and gave directions all at the same time, and did so without any sign of stress.
Thank you for your kind and cheerful attitude, Lena. Amano can only be proud to have you on their team.

Hotel 15 minutes from City Center
Hotel is good. You have to do yourself the check in. There is a parking less then 10 minutes walk. Hotel is 15 min from City Center. Rooms are clean. We always like to sleep with the windows open but too much noise. Breakfast was good.
